A “pingable” or “public” IP address is required for the device that is being called.
Currently, AT&T & T-Mobile do not provide a “pingable” IP address for individual cellular customers. Verizon Wireless and Sprint do provide a “pingable” IP address.
We recommend using Verizon Wireless or Sprint as your cellular carrier for best KTvid experience.
NOTE: KTvid is network agnostic. That is, it will work over any network: Dial-up; cable; Wi-Fi; WiMax; or cellular (CDMA/GSM).
